Fawcett Lake Resort's 2026 Canada Celebrations will be held the weekend of July 3 - 5, 2026! Fireworks will be Friday night at 11.00pm.  If the weather does not cooperate, it will be delayed to Saturday.  A Group Beach Cleaning day will be the morning after the fireworks.  Please come help clean up after the fireworks.  Bring gloves and a bucket. The parade will be Saturday at 5pm starting at the north end of the Resort.  This year's theme is 'Holidays'.  Participants are encouraged to decorate in celebration of their favourite holiday (Christmas, New Years, Easter, Halloween, etc.), with prizes awarded

Each summer there is an Annual Campers Meeting held to welcome new people at the lake and talk about current issues for the season.  This is your chance to listen to presentations about events to be held or ideas to make life at the lake better.  If you would like a chance to talk about your own idea or to just have it added to the agenda, contact the Campers Club. Be sure to dress appropriately and bring a lawn chair as this is an outdoor meeting.  As always, it will be held on the Sunday of the May long

This year's celebratory parade and fireworks will be held on Saturday, June 28th, with more details to come. The theme of the parade will be 'Cartoon Characters'. As always, fireworks will be in the evening with community beach clean-up the following morning (Sunday the 29th). If you and your family plan on enjoying the fireworks, please consider helping to clean our beach as they create quite a mess!
